Trade Droid incredible for a Droid X....Please Don't laugh

I have a brand spanken new Droid Incredible, it comes with a case,charger, Car chearger and Everything that came in box. My Droid died and they gave me an incredible. I however miss Stock android, Would someone be willing to trade me their Droid X for this? It is in perfect shape literally nothing wrong with it I just don't like it.
