Trade my G2 for a Vibrant + $50?

So someone is willing to trade me their Samsung Vibrant + $50 for my G2, both phones are unlocked, theirs is mint (according to them), mine is mint, rooted and running CM6.1.1 without any issues. I find signal and battery life to be a bit weaker than my old N1 so I was wondering if I were to root the Vibrant, how hard is it to do and what would be the best rom to run it with(any good, simple guides out there to do it fast)?
Also how is battery life and signal strength compared to the G2, better, same, worse? I hear camera quality is better even without the flash (Vibrant has a good night mode camera?). The GPS on the Vibrant is trash I hear, any solid fixes (not temp fixes or anything) for it?

Mainly I was wondering if it's worth me trading my G2 for a Vibrant + $50. This must have been discussed so many times but I just like to get newer opinions and such.

Whether or not it's worth it really depends on why you want to trade. I needed a second phone for business and just got a G2 in addition to my Vibrant. Both are stock so that makes a big difference. Signal seems the same so far and too early to tell about battery yet.

Vibrant is lighter and sleeker while G2 is heavier and more substantial and has a physical keyboard. Vibrant has a larger screen but G2 has a trackpad (useful for fine cursor movements).

Pix are similar but I don't use it to take good pix. I find the lack of flash to be a problem with the Vibrant. You know the GPS on the Vibrant sucks.

And of course, Samsung hasn't done a good job with customer support. Still no froyo and poor handling of the GPS issue.

Again, it really comes down to what you want and why you would want to trade.

i wouldnt give up my vibrant for a g2. i am all about the screensize! i dont even miss the physical keyboard from when i had the moment or the g1. sounds like if i were you i would make 50 bucks and use that towards a 32gb micro sd card.

rooting i easy and i would recommend the auxura rom. with that rom it will give you good battery life and a very quick and respnsive interface.
