If all your contacts are Account contacts, put your gmail address in the tablet and you're done. (Google syncs account contacts.)
If not, export all your contacts from the Casio to a file, go to Google Contacts and import the file, eliminate dupes and let the tab sync. (Entering all your contacts as Account contacts is a "good thing".)
