Is it possible to transfer app save data between devices?I want to transfer save data from Iron Man 3 and The Blockheads from a HTC Evo 3D to a Sony Xperia Z1.Any good apps that could help me?

If you are not rooted, the only app I know of that will do what you want is Helium. If you are rooted, you can use Helium or Titanium Backup.
