Transfer apps S1 to S3

Just got my new S3 and I would like to transfer my apps (especially the paid for ones) from my old S1 to the new phone. Can I use KIES to do this?

there is an app in Play store called apps backup and restore it will back them up to your SD card they you can you restore them

Ive only used it for doing a factory reset then I downloaded that app again and I resotred them all

Im sure it works the same if you switch phones and put the old SD card in the new phone

Also google backs up what apps you have on your phone to your google account. So when you log in on the S3, it should automatically begin downloading all of the apps you had on your old phone. Only problem is if you want to keep the data in the apps of your old phone such as game progress, you'll have to use some method similar to the one suggested above.

Does the S1 use a micro sd card as well? If so, stick all the apk's you want onto it, put the sd card in your S3 and sideload all your apps. Done.
