Transfer apps to sd card ?

How do i transfer apps to my sd card, because my sd card is 16gb & i have nothing but pictures & music on it, & my phone storage is full, & it wont let me download anything, & its really frustrating, i have the samsung galaxy ace 2 x & i just got it a couple weeks ago please help me

If you go into your phone settings and make your way to the application management section, when you tap on an app there should be an option to move to sd card. Not every app can be moved, it's up to the developer of the app to include that feature.

Please note that when you move an app to the sd card, some of it's data will still remain in internal storage. In most cases not much, but it will not move everything to sd.

Also note that if you move an app that uses widgets, the widgets will not work if the app is on the sd card. I would suggest using an app such as App2SD to manage which applications you move. It makes it simpler and it will show you which apps are safe/not safe to move.
