Help Transfer Books after Download

I have transferred books from my Mac to my N7 via USB. They show in Downloads.. How do I move them to another file? Or to my Library?

I use ES File Explorer or Root Explorer to move files. You long press on the file and a context menu comes up where you can select 'Move to'.

When I attach the N7 to the PC and move files, I move them directly to the folder where I want them. That is another method.
