Help Transfer data to S6 from Nexus 5

Is there a way I can transfer all my data (app, messages, etc) from Nexus 5 to the S6?

There is an amazing app called samsung smart switch mobile on the app store. Put it on both phones and it moves literally everything over for you. Just need wifi.

I'm in Canada and the phone is unlocked.

Seems like G Cloud works well
