Depending on the size of the cards you are wishing to move files between, the process of cutting and pasting a large number of files from one micro SD card to another would require free space (real or virtual) to buffer all of that data.
The problem is the only place I can really write to is the SD Card.
I don't see why it wouldn't be possible for an app to read a file from the source card and store it in RAM and then let you switch cards and write the file to the 2nd card...
Why not just get an inexpensive USB SD card reader, plug it into your computer, plug your phone in as well as removable storage, and trnafer things back and forth that way. Seems like far less of a headache for $10-$20 out of your wallet...
It's more practical to swap cards back and forth constantly?
To each his own, but I would think the computer is the far more practical approach here...
