transfer files from phone storage to extsd

How do you do this?

ES File Explorer, Total Commander, My Files, AirDroid, Wifi File Transfer ... a few dozen different ways. Even just connecting your phone to your computer, although that's slower than a file manager app running in the phone.

Thanks, I moved some files from a 16gb card to the next size bigger. now i need to move the files from the internal storage to the card. Now i know how.. Thankgs again..
