Help Transfer files to external SD card

How do I transfer photos from gallery to external SD card?.

With a file browser app? Unless you are running KitKat, in which case it might be easier to use a computer to do it.

Thanks for the advice. Not sure about the names for things, but am guessing file manager would be classed as a file browser. I think I have done it -easy, if you just have a couple of key pointers. I do wish Samsung

Samsung install their own file manager, My Files, on all their Android devices. You should be able to move images from the internal storage to a folder on an external card using that.

p.s. be aware that Gallery isn't a physical location but a virtual container; the actual files are located elsewhere e.g. /DCIM for camera images.
