transfer from android to mac

how do you transfer android pics to a mac?

Email them? Connect the Android to the Mac and drag the pictures (the same as you would from any external drive)? Copy them to the SD card and put the SD card into the Mac?

For USB transfer you'll probably need to install Google's Android File Transfer tool - recent Androids don't support USB Mass Storage, and Macs don't handle MTP (which is a Microsoft protocol) out of the box.

Or you can use something like WiFi File Explorer or Airdroid to copy over WiFi.
