Help transfer large files between inc4g and another android.

ive been looking everwhere but cannot find a simple solution. lets say, i have and inc4g with gone in 60 second movie (maybe 700~mb). I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with 1x data speeds service wise (can download apps). I have in my possession a Asus transformer tf101with ICS. It would be nice to watch that movie on the bigger transformer than my inc4g. However I could do a microSD card swap. But its modern day technology. Is there a better way to do this?

I was going to say Dropbox, but then I realized you are implying you wouldn't have a data connection on your other device, if you were out in the middle of nowhere, correct?

Yea that, and my tablet is only WiFi. Also, although I have unlimited data, I feel I should do something to not be one of those data hogs.

How about using WiFi Direct? And then a sharing app like WiFi Shoot.
