How do I transfer my music from my galaxy s3 to my pc?

Several ways. You can connect your phone to your PC via USB and simply drag and drop the files to your PC. Alternatively, you can use an app like airdroid to connect your phone to your PC via wifi and drag and drop them that way. There are plenty of media manager programs that can also assist you in handling your music files but they will all require you to connect via USB to start with.
