Help Transfer photos from a specific folder on my s3 to my PC

Hi all, this is one of those "should be simple" tasks which is driving me mad!!!

I have a relatively new S3. When I set it up, I imported all my old photos from my last phone. These have already been downloaded onto my PC so I don't want to download them again because they will be doubled up. All these photos are in a folder on my S3 called "Old Photos".

I have now taken a few photos on my S3 and want to download these onto my PC. But I have not found a way to download/sync just the photos and videos in my camera folder. It wants to download everything including the old photos in the folder "Old Photos".

I feel like I am making a mountain out of a molehill with this one...can anyone help?

several ways:

delete the old photo folder from the phone.

navigate to the folder on the phone with windows explorer, copy the new folder and paste in a folder on pc.

I use dropbox, which syncs photos onto pc via web automatically - easiest.
