Transfer pics from sd card to galaxy s4 internal storage

Samsung galaxy s4 on ATT
How do you transfer pictures from SD card to s4 internal storage?
 
If AT&T didn't remove the My Files app you should be able to move them with that. Or you can get another file manager app from the Market. I use ES Explorer.
