Transfer Pics to PC?

I need help with my pictures. How can I transfer them from my phone to my computer? I took the photos prior to purchasing my SD Card. In the gallery, I couldn't find a way to save the pics to the SD Card. If I could do that I can use the card adapter to download to my PC. I thought the pics would automatically save to the SD Card once installed but I was wrong. So, now I have several pictures stuck in my phone.

Oh, I already tried the USB cable. It didn't work. I kept receiving messages asking me to install a driver for the device "LGE Android". I would really appreciate some help.

You can get the latest LG drivers from their site-

That should get you USB connectivity. Once you are connected, select mass storage mode and you'll see two removable drives on the PC. One is the internal storage where your pics are (DCIM folder), the other is the SD card.
To select where the pics are stored in the future, go to the settings menu in the camera. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll find the storage option. Select SD card.
When you're done be sure to eject both drives from the Remove Hardware menu on the taskbar of the PC before unplugging the phone.
