Help Transfer pictures from device to computer access denied

I am having problems transfering pictures from my samsung galaxy s3 to my computer. I get a error message that says access denied. I made sure that I am signed in as administrator. Please help Thank You

I have not seen that error before, but are your pictures on the internal or external memory?

The pictures are on the card. I could remove the memory card and put it in a reader, do I have to do that. My old Motorola phones the pictures were just drag and drop

Is your card encrypted?
There is a setting I believe to encrypt the card. It's under security settings.
I'd have to check mine

I see where your talking about not sure what to do with it. can you transfer pictures from your phone to your computer, and you have the galaxy s3 correct

mine says password required to decrypt sd card each timeit is connected

Yes, I can transfer pix no problem but I don't have to enter a password everytime my device gets connected to the computer. And yes, I have the Verizon version, albeit rooted and on a custom rom.

Is your phone work issued?
Perhaps they encrypted the device. Do you have to enter a password whenever you power on the phone?
