Ok so transferred my service to another optimus m cause it syncs to my comp, and the old one didn't...well I gave that phone away to a family member,(it was on the kelso.rom ) when she acitvated it of had no 3g...so I pulled the stock backup I had to see if that would restore it and it didn't..then metro claimed they couldn't do anything ..can anyone help

Seems to meee.. Well. I guess you have to brick and restore all the data that was on it before. Try going to see the phones info.. The Turn off radio screen and all #*#*#4636*#*# I think it is. Or something like that.. Play with that at first. Run tests. If it doesnt work. Then your best chance is to brick, and restore... Metro wouldn't touch a phone that has been rooted. If apps are removed and all..
