transfer text messages

I have a galaxy s4 and need to transfer text messages to my computer. I need to know how to do it or know the file name on my phone that it is stored in so I can transfer it that way thanks in advance
 
Download sms backup and restore from the playstore. The app creates a xml file with your texts in it.
