Transfer to computer

I have a samsung galaxy s3 phone. I want to backup both my contacts and my calendar to my computer. I do not want any of this information to be loaded up to the internet. How can I backup my contacts and calendar only to my personal computer?

Use an app like Super Backup. Back up to the SD card, then copy the backups to your computer.
