Help transfer video files to computer?

Trying to transfer video files to computer. On checking DCMI, cannot find video's. Check of all camera files and others no luck.

Check of storage file and find videos in a video file.

No other options when left clicking on item as there is with camera files.

any help would be great. Need to present video's and not an option to hold it in front of reviewer's.

yes. all hardware checked for compatibility and function.
