Hello and welcome to the forums, rishabrishi.
The application manager, found by clicking menu then settings then applications then manage applications, has a provision for moving each app, as long as the "move to.." button is not greyed out. Just go into the application manager and you'll see the 3rd party apps listed in one tab, along with "running" and "on sd card," etc.
The menu path is a bit different from one Android phone to another, but you'll find it if you start looking around.

Just some applications can be moved from Internal Memory to External (sd card) depends on permissions. Install the application "App2SD" to find out easily which application is able to be moved to sd card, which is already there and which are not allowed to be moved. It's helpfull for me
