Hi how do a transfer my contacts from my Samsung I9000 to Sony Experia, this SIM card is different so I unable to import?

Welcome to Android Forums. Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.
If you have a Google Gmail account check to see that all your contacts are there. If they are, then all you need to do is open up the Accounts and sync setting on your phone and make sure Auto Sync is selected and then sign into your Gmail account making sure that all the boxes that you need synced are checked.
This will transfer all your contacts that are on your Gmail account to your phone.

Then select the Sony Experia phone forum that you need.
