Help Transfering ringtones?

Is there a way to transfer the ringtones that I had on my old iphone/ have in itunes to the S3? Or if there isnt is there a way to make ringtones, like a program similar to iRinger? Thanks

You may have to search for a m4r to MP3 converter program. IPhone uses proprietary m4r format for ringtones. If you have the MP3s of the ones you want you could use ringdroid or ringtone editor pro from the play store to trim and create the ringtone you want.

Thanks! Ill check out ringdroid. Im assuming the song needs to be on the phone to use that app?

Yes, it does need to be on the phone. Easiest way I feel is just email myself the MP3 and save it to a folder, then create the ringtone with the app and save to the ringtones folder. Then you can go back when youre done and delete any MP3s you had originally transferred.
