Transfering song to Ringtone?

I am new to Android as of nine days ago. I downloaded a song I want to use as a Ringtone (phone is T-Mobile Samsung Dart if that's important). The problem is that I found the song at Google Play Store in the "Play Music" App. The phone can create Ringtones from its built-in "Music" App, but "Play Music" does not appear to have that capability. I can't find the same version at the "Music" site.
So... is there a way to transfer a song from "Play Music" to "Music" or to directly create a Ringtone from "Play Music"?

Unfortunately Play music is on the Google Cloud by default and won't show up on your device on a Ringtone list, even if you make the music, "Keep on Device" option.

Sorry but hopefully Google Music will implement this at some point but right now your best option is just downloading the song on your computer and transferring it directly via PC & Android sync, or using a wireless syncer like iSyncr
