Transferred Music from iTunes Not Playing

I just got a Google Pixel 2 recently, and transferred my music from my iPhone onto the Pixel during the setup of the phone. Most of my music plays, however some songs show up without a cover, and while the run times of the them are correct, they are completely silent. Most of the songs that do this are more obscure, which could be the source of the problem. Any help would be great, thanks!

How old are the tunes? I know anything bought on iTunes before a specific date (sometime in 2012 I think) had DRM attached, meaning it could only be played on Apple devices.

Do they work on other players?
