Transferring Contacts from phone to car radio

Hi I recently changed my phone company from Tesco mobile to Virgin Media (O2). As a result of this my phone a Moto G (5), didn't sync with my car radio. I've sorted that, but my Contacts haven't been transferred to the car and I can't sort out how to transfer them.
Please advise me.

what head unit do you have? mine only connects to my phone via bluetooth and i make calls that way. have you tried reconnecting the phone by which i mean delete the info on your radio and reconnect it?

It uses Bluetooth. No I haven't tried deleting the radio connection. I'll give it a go thanks.
