I have a tablet with Android 4.4.2. Checking "Storage" there is "Internal Storage" with total space of 1.97 GB and "Phone Storage" with 11.45 GB. Everything I load onto the tablet seems to go into the Internal Storage (apps, music, etc.). The internal storage fills up and I can't add any more music or videos for example because of lack of storage room. Phone storage is selected as the "Default write disk". That will not turn off. I have done a factory reset and started from scratch but the same thing happens.
I have attached a screenshot of both the storage settings and the files. Can anyone help me to get data to go into the 11.45 GB storage?

[Sorry - reading another post in the forum reminds me that I should say that I have a cheap Chinese tablet.
