Help Transferring EVERYTHING from one Note to another

Please help me as I am new to this whole Android thing. I purchased a new Note a month ago and it's a dud. It has connectivity issues and Rogers provided me with a new one. That's the good news,.....the bad news is I have no idea how to swap everything over to my new Note. I exported my contacts, music, files over to my SD card but what do I do about all my Apps, and Settings?

you can reinstall all apps from Play Store. Find My Apps --> All and reinstall everything.
