I constantly transfer video files from my PC to my phone. Ever since I've had the phone, however, I've always ran into problems. The main problem is that I will try to copy and paste a video file into my phone and just when the file is complete it shows an error where the file was not able to be transferred. A few work arounds I have had to take is to never use the convert feature and instead convert the video on the PC instead. I also have to change the usb mode to Camera.
It seems like Kies was a program meant to transfer files to the S5 but it is no longer supported and was replaced by SmartSwitch which is just a backup tool for phones.
Many hours have been wasted because of the errors and I would like a final solution to the problem.
