Help transferring files

Hello everybody, I'm new here, I am having a problem transferring files from my Hudl to the pc and other devices. I keep getting this message every time I try. I would appreciate any help or advice. Thank you in anticipation.

happens to me all the time. buy a high quality (thick) cord and don't fold or bend it hard.
