Transferring from camera

I know the Moto Z force has a 21 MP camera, my questions is does it revert to a 5 MP when you transfer or print?

What do you mean by "transfer or print"?

I have a Turbo 2 with 21MP camera. I transfer the images to a PC and use Paint Shop Pro to manipulate them. The quality is superb.

I believe that SMS apps are smart enough to automatically downsize the image to fit MMS attachment limits if you share an image that you've taken to your messaging app, yes - if that's what you're asking.

I've never heard of Paint Whop. I'll have to look into that. My old Windows phone had a great camera. When I would send to someone it wasn't clear compared to what I took. That's what I meant. Thanks for your input.

Paint Shop Pro. Won;t help your text-related question.

I take progress pictures of a contrition project. I previously did it with a Sony camera. I now do it with the Turbo 2.

I put 300dpi images in a folder on my server and send 72dpi images by w-mail. The 300dpi images are about 1.5MB each.
