Transferring game data from epic to s3

What is the best way to transfer my progress from games like temple run from my epic to my s3. I should say best and easiest way.
 
I think the only way would be to root both phones and then backup your apps with titanium backup or a similar backup app. You can then copy the backup folder from your epic to your s3, reinstall the backup app and restore.
 
Sorry I forgot to say. Make sure you only restore downloaded apps and data. Don't restore any system apps or data.
