Hi, how do I transfer photos from my S4 galaxy to my laptop?

There are a few ways to do this. You can:

1) If your photos are saved to the external SD card, remove the SD card and insert it into a SD adapter and insert it into the SD card slot on your laptop and drag and drop files from the SD card to a folder on your laptop. Note: look for a folder called DCIM/Camera on the SD card. That should be where the photos are.

2) Install the Samsung USB drivers (select downloads tab, click the blue EXE button) on your laptop. After USB driver installation, attach your S4 to your laptop via a USB to USB micro cable. Drag and drop files from the phones folder to a folder on your laptop.

3) Install an app such as DropBox on your S4 and Laptop. Setup DropBox to automatically upload photos from your S4 to your free 2Gb DropBox account. Once that's synced, open DropBox on your laptop and drag and drop photos from your DropBox folder to a folder on your laptop.
