Transferring roms? Android and Apple.

Hey so I was wondering. Since the roms downloaded for emulators to play games such as pokemon are generally the same for everything, I was wondering if transfers are possible.

Example, can I move the file and rom of a pokemon crystal game save from an Android device to an apple device? And vice versa?

Yes, the ROM files for emulators are universal. You should be able to use the same files with an emulator on any operating system. I'm not so sure about save files though. Those may be dependent on the emulator (especially save states). Try putting the files on your device and see if they will open in the emulator.
