Help Transferring S Planner when blind

My S4 screen is broke. The phone works and I can connect it to my PC however I can't see anything on it as it is just a black screen. The best I can do is unlock it using the Samsung remote unlock service.
I am moving on to a new phone soonish so I'm not gonna get it fixed. The problem is that I want to get all my useful files off for recovery.
I've managed to salvage all my photos, now I just need my contacts and my entries for my S-Planner (this is by far the most important).
For the photos I simply accessed the files and I also used SmartSwitch to backup all the phones documents, however I can't find any information about my contacts and S Planner on these documents.
Is there any way I can access my S Planner through my computer? I used Google Calendar when my phone worked so it would transfer my entries onto my S Planner and also assign an email address, I believe to my Samsung Account. I looked on the Samsung website and nothing said "Calendar." So I'm stumped.
Any help would be great! Thanks.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums mentalfreaky :)

Was your phone sync'd to your Google account? If so, on your PC, go to Google Calendar and see if your calendar data is stored under your gmail account. You can also check your contacts at Google Contacts, the same way.
