Sorry if this is late. The only way to do so is to root your Tab 4, and use this app:

That's because KitKat disabled transfers to SD. It is possible without rooting, but an app has to be programmed to allow moving items to SD. The app I pointed to allows all programs to back up to the micro SD, but again, you need root.
Kit Kat disallowed third party apps like ES File Explorer from transferring files.
Only to folders that it did not have permission to write to. Granted KK was a little over-aggressive with permission restrictions, but you could create a new folder and move files there.
And, the Tab4 10.1 (SM-T530) is upgradeable to Lollipop.
