Hi, I am trying to transfer pictures from my Galaxy phone to my PC.
For some reason the computer does not recognize the phone when I plug it in. Some times it does and sometimes it does not!

Hello Tilly. Welcome to these forums. You will want to make certain that you have your phone set to emulate a mass storage device or to at least ask when connected to your PC. It should then show up as a removable disk when connected. For the best support for your connection problem you will want to check into the discussion area for your phone. Welcome! Be sure to check for your phone listed as a drive in Windows Explorer (assuming Windows that is). If you're doing that and it's still intermitent, be sure to ask in the forums, I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it.
