Help Transformer Prime- cant open links inside a document

Hey, I'm needing to open links inside a document, but whenever I try to nothing happens.
I would be better off trying to get a reaction outta the wall.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the update or not.

I can open up the same links in the same doc on my PC.
No matter what app I use it does the same thing, I've tried:

Adobe reader
Polaris office
Kings soft office

Any help?

Hello and welcome aboard. I don't know much about this device, but if what you are saying is possible to do on your device, then the kind folks over here 'might' be able to help you out with this.

I moved your thread to its device specific forum, for it to get some responses from other members who have the same device. Usually.. a reset would most likely get rid of any app conflict that might have been causing this problem.

I hope someone will chime in to help.
P.s. Have you tried opening up any other link?

Hmm, just tried it with Polaris and Google Docs and neither was a go. G Docs did have it underscored and blued out, but wouldn't launch anything. Hopefully there is another way.
