Help Transformer uSD card mount point

Every walkthrough I've ever seen refers to the sdcard as /sdcard (WEIRD, I know...). All programs point to /sdcard as the default location for files. The problem is that my Transformer mounts it as /Removable/MicroSD. Why is that?

That's just the way the TF works, unfortunately.

So the TF is like this for EVERYBODY? I thought I'd hosed something up. Well, I do feel better about it, now. If it's rooted, is it possible to copy/move /sdcard/* to /Removable/MicroSD and change the mount point?

/sdcard is the internal, user accessible, storage on the TF. Removable/MicroSD is the SD card slot. To my knowledge there is no global setting to redirect apps to the MicroSD. However it may be possible with individual apps.

Is that normal for all Android devices or is that a quirk with the TF?

On my 2 Android phones and the TF, /sdcard is the internal storage, not the card slot. Its weird to me, but at least its been consistent.
