Traveling to Ireland with RAZR M

I'm going to Ireland with my RAZR M for 10 days. I'm trying to decide if I should get the 100MB package or pay-as-you-go. Its hard to figure out my normal data usage since I'm connected to my wifi when at home. I also see that you're charged for each text message, so I'll disable those for the trip. Anyone have any suggestions?

Its my understanding that the voltage on all USB plugs are the same. Instead of buying a 220/110v power converter, couldn't I just buy a UK USB wall and plug in my charging cable?

I looked at my Motorola charger and it is rated for 100-240V. The prongs won't line up. Amazon usually sells chargers for $5.00 or less.

Went into my local Verizon store, but they didn't have anything. Since the OEM charger handles input from 110 to 240v, all I need is a conversion plug.
