My mother-in-law and father-in-law are going to Italy. They have a Verizon Samsung S3 and are looking for the best/cheapest way to make calls back to the USA calling a landlines. I was thinking Skype or sending e-mails when connected to wifi. I am not sure however how much free wifi there is in Italy.
