I'm planning to root my phone with GOTs open recovery and install one of the cm7 versions. I just worry that after I do so it will affect my ability to use my phone around the world. I travel a bit and I'm always sticking a new sim card in my phone for that area and I don't know if applying the wrong .sfb will limit my abilities to make calls.
I'm completely new to rooting and I have been trying to read as many blogs articles that I can.
