Root Tried both rooting methods

Neither one seems to work, poot gave me the daemon 64 error, and that was it. checked w/ root checker afterwards just to see, no root access.
Tried the other method, said it was successful but rootchecker said other wise. Any help anybody?

After spending just under another hour on it, I got my phone rooted. c;

I've rooted 4 phone using poot, minister 2, and superuser and never have a problem it took two seconds. I don't know if there is different versions of poot but I'm using the original one I found if any one wants it pm me your email and I'll send it to you. I would post it but it doesn't give me the option too.

never mind here it is had to use Firefox. Hope this helps you guys.
