I am buying a trinocular microscope and have a digital camera hooked up to the microscope, I would be able to look at the images on a computer will I be able to look at it on my android

If you mean in the way you look at it on a computer, probably not, because the third "eye" is a camera that connects to the PC in a way that it probably can't connect to an Android phone. (Or it's just another ocular tube, to which you connect your own camera. Same problem, though.)
About the best you can do is position the phone so that it sees the computer screen and run a video recording.
Unless someone has come out with a 1-1/4" camera that connects to an Android phone since the last time I looked.
