It's actually DoubleTwist, but getting it onto the phone has been an interesting saga. Not the fault of the program authors, but anyone running Vista (especially on a Dell laptop) might want to know this.
Our iTunes resides on a Dell Studio17 laptop that runs Vista. The notebook has been funky ever since we got it, but wife didn't want to return it so it's ours. The drivers for the microSD cards simply refuse to load properly on that machine. I couldn't get either her DroidX or my Exhibit II to work with it.
Fortunately, we also have a work notebook running XP Professional. That has loaded the drivers for the Exhibit without issue. So I have partially copied the iTunes library to the work notebook. Only partially, because the data load crashes the wireless router  The sync to the Exhibit was very slow, but worked fine. So I will have to hook up a wired Ethernet hub to allow direct transfer of the entire library between the PCs, then perform the looooong syncing process on both phones.
Doubletwist itself works well. I'm pleased with it, and might even lay out a few shekels for the wireless transfer version one day.
