Help TRIUMPH Micro USB Line Out

Hi, anyone have success using the micro usb port as an audio line out on the moto triumph? I am thinking of connecting a headphone amp/DAC to the port to bypass the internal amp to improve audio quality.

Is it possible? Is it ROM specific? Require an app?

I think that would be hardware specific if it was usb/ mhl then I would say it might be plausible, but since it is just a usb port I highly doubt it is possible.

Thanks. I thought there might have been a chance that a generic usb port, if it couldn't provide an analog line out, could at least output a digital stream to be converted by an external amp with DAC.

Well, at least I can save money by not buying an amp with a DAC now.
