I can't seem to get my phone to just start up. I was using it like normal and it froze on a webpage and then shut down. Oddly enough, this happens every once in a while so I didn't think anything of it. But when I tried to start it up again, it vibrated and got to the 'hello' screen before shutting down and starting up again. I tried charging it and that didn't help. I also tried taking out the battery for a second and the SD card. Didn't help either. I currently have the battery and sd card out of the phone because I don't know what else to try. I really want to fix this and have it be over with, I use my phone quite a bit. Please help!
