No, that's one of the beautiful parts about Android. Unless it somehow rooted you and tossed in a rootkit (very, very unlikely), you're fine.

It appears he's correct now. The website has actually changed since I browsed it this morning, and it's pointing to the Google Market now.

Seems this is actually a legit company and a legit service.

My personal opinion, is they grabbed an old name that sort of had a reputation in IT service, and they are trying to build everything together quickly. That would explain the misstep this morning with all the false flags, and the fact that most(all?) of the broken stuff on their website this morning is now functional.

In your honest opinion, would you use them (TrustGo)?
 
I don't have TrustGo, but would like to know about the update to ES file explorer.

Did they fix a bug or is it a regular update?
 
So I did a scan later yesterday and all was clean. (I'm glade they fixed it so fast.) I did check under settings> location> Admin. and saw TrustGo there but unchecked. (Which I left it that way) I plan on keeping TrustGo for I use the safe browser feature with Dolphin Beta.

No, but then again I won't use any "malware" scanner. I'm very proactive in my approach, and anything cutting edge enough to get by me would probably get by anti-malware as well.

Besides, without root access, anti-malware can't do much but notify you anyway.
 
I am not sure if this has been said yet but Uninstall one of the Anti Virus's. That's a major computer no no. Having 2 anti viruses can cause all kinds of crazy issues. I seen Window's computers that would blue screen on start-up. They can also detect each other as viruses are cause false positives. There really was a Virus on the system its possible for them to damage each other once the file is quarantined. I am kinda surprised you where able to get 2 installed at the same time. Most new antivirus software has a safe guard to stop this from happening.
